The 12th edition of the International Folklore Festival “Skupi”

Mayor of Cair, Visar Ganiu, amongst many prominent personalities of dance art, opened the 12^th edition of the International Folklore Festival “Skupi” organized by the Song and Dance Ensemble “Karshiaka”

The best ambassadors of the culture from different countries of the world like Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, Bulgaria, Northern Cyprus, Ukraine, Kosovo and Albania from today and for a few days will enliven Skopje.

In his speech, Ganiu, emphasized: “Through the universal dance language, the International Folklore Festival “Skupi” reflects more than anything else among peoples, which eradicates banal prejudices and makes sense that beautiful breaks the boundaries of monotony. I wish the festival to have a lifespan permanently to keep alive the flames of artistic friendship!”
