Working meeting, Mayor Ganiu with the Mayor of Municipality of Butel, Velimir Smilevski

The meetings between leaders of local government units are undoubtedly of special importance for serving the citizens. Building the foundations of a sustainable co-operation is more than necessary to improve municipal management efficiency levels.

With this aim, the Mayor of the Municipality of Cair Visar Ganiu, together with the City Council of Skopje, Besnik Ajeti welcomed the Mayor of the Municipality of Butel. Velimir Smilevski to explore the possibility of cooperation for the next projects. During the meeting, Ganiu said: “We hope that this cooperation will break the established administrative barrier between municipalities and start thinking as if they do not exist when it comes to citizens’ needs.”
